A calendar is a rotation, not a list

The failure mode of content planning is not running out of ideas, it is publishing five variations of the same idea in a row and calling it a strategy. Rotating pillars and formats keeps a feed varied without needing a new brainstorm every Monday.

Cadence matters more than volume. Two posts a week you can sustain for six months beat five a week for three weeks, because most channels only compound once an audience knows roughly when to expect you.

Titles here are working titles — deliberately plain scaffolding you rewrite once the piece exists. The value is in the slot being filled and assigned to a pillar, not in the wording.
